Are your operatives given full training?

All operatives are inducted and fully trained as part of their employment process. The training is carried out by a team leader or manager and will include the following: health & safety, quality and environmental policies, manual handling, product, machinery, quality maintenance, security within the location, how and what to sanitise.

Are all your chemicals assessed under the COSHH regulations?

All materials that we use on the location have been assessed under the COSHH regulations and data sheets are available upon request.

How will the operative gain access to the property?

We operate a KEY’s management system which is controlled and monitored via Whistle SIX admin and operations team.

What happens if my operative does not turn up as arranged?

It is our intention to always carry out work instructions as agreed. As soon as we are aware of an operative’s absence, the Customer Relations Director will arrange for another operative to be at the location or a suitable alternative date to be agreed.

What happens if the operative cannot gain access to the location?

If the operative is unable to gain access to the location and the customer is at fault, the customer will incur at £60.00 default charge. This charge is NON-REFUNDABLE and will need to be paid before another appointment can be raised for the same location.

Do you provide all materials and equipment, or do we have to provide any?

We provide all the sanitising materials and equipment required to complete the task at hand to an excellent standard.
